Excellent product definitely feel it

Overall this lung trainer has been great for developing my cardio during training. I've been training a lot of Muay Thai drills lately and using this device helps me train that little bit harder. The device is very simple to use. Simply put the device in your mouth and breath normally. It adds alot more resistance in taking deep breaths and respiring during long training sessions. The device offers a range of resistance strengths, which is great for building up lung strength incrementally.The lung trainer is comfortable when in use, but naturally, anything in your mouth for a long training session can get quite annoying.Overall though, definitely a great piece of kit if your serious about your fitness!

Works really well

Great design - small, unobtrusive, easy to adjust (just turn it to increase or decrease resistance), easy to clean (silicone mouthpiece pulls off), comfortable when in use (silicone is nice and soft).The only minor possible improvement would be to change the resistance range. At the moment it goes from fairly easy to totally impossible (literally almost no air passage). It would be better if it could go from zero resistance to very difficult, as this would enable to you keep it in your mouth and cycle the resistance levels rather than having to remove it when you need a free flow. Other than that, excellent.

Good training for lung strength. There are two levels, the white one is slightly harder than the black one so I started with the black one and slowly worked up to the white one. Easy to clean and very effective.

The quality is outstanding and it performs flawlessly. The design is sleek and very appealing. The setup was straightforward and the instructions were easy to follow. I highly recommend this product

I'm liking this so far you get 2 devices they are very comfortable to use and the silicone is soft. You simply insert the mouth peice and turn the dial at the end for different resistance. They are easy to disassemble for cleaning and put back together. I'm feeling the benefits after a few uses
